I was unable to record play-by-play notes on the 2012 Buffalo Wild Wings Bowl because I was physically present at the game and it was too cold for me to consider typing on my phone the whole time.

Michigan State didn't really deserve to win that game. However, TCU muffed a punt on their 4 and deserved to lose. Something had to give.

I used to know to back things up on a regular basis. It's easier to remember when your PC is more than a year old and you're expecting some wear. Oops.

Today, I purchased an NES to replace the one I gave away long ago. I overpaid for it at a used game store because I didn't want to put effort into Craigslist.

That is not what this post is about.

On the way back from buying the NES, I stopped at a Radio Shack. I have two rather large speakers in my living room, I wanted the monaural output from the NES to go into both of them, and I didn't want to wait on shipping from Monoprice et al. At the Radio Shack, I paid $6.29 for an RCA Y-adapter.

I am not going to Radio Shack again.
