I saw a commercial a few minutes ago for The King's Speech. The commercial first boasted of the film's many Academy Award nominations, which I expected. The commercial then stated that the film was, "now rated PG-13." From this, I assumed that the movie had been re-cut as a way to potentially achieve a wider audience, which a step over to Wikipedia supported. The commercial concluded by saying that because of the re-cut, the film could now enjoyed by, "the whole family."

I was not aware that PG-13 had become the standard rating for family pictures.

I just saw a commercial for pistachios where a Keyboard Cat doppelganger cracked a pistachio open while playing the keyboard.

I'm gonna go invent a new subculture that hasn't been ruined yet.
